Also, the system allows you to insert documents for your consultation. The principle of closing a note complies with the ethical requirements for record keeping.

Manage your reports efficiently! Your clients' reports are accessible directly from their file. You can add, edit, view, or print a report. Like progress notes, reports become read-only if you sign your report with a closing date.
