Marketplace Terms and Conditions

By using Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree that Claris International Inc. and/or Claris International (collectively “Claris”) is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of such Apps or Add-ons provided by third parties (collectively Third Party App(s)). Claris does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Third Party Apps or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. Third Party Apps made available on Marketplace are provided solely as a convenience to you.

Claris acts as an agent for Third Party App providers (“App Provider”) in providing you the Third Party Apps made available for download from Marketplace and is not a party to the license agreement between you and the App Provider. Any Third Party Apps that you acquire from Marketplace are governed by the license agreement the App Provider includes with the Third Party App. The App Provider is solely responsible for its content, warranties, and claims that you may have related to the Third Party App as well as for providing any maintenance and support for the Third Party Apps. Third Party App Providers are not authorized to represent Claris or act on Claris's behalf, and Claris will not be liable for their acts or omissions. You acknowledge and agree that Claris is a third-party beneficiary of the license agreement to each Third Party App made available for download from Marketplace and may therefore enforce such agreement.
