Finance Technology Services (FTS) offers the asset finance and equipment rental sectors a cloud-based workflow and contract administration system that collectively helps users manage the full life cycle of a customer’s agreement from initial enquiry, through to in-life management and, to the end of the contract.
The whole solution presents itself to the market in form we chose to call - CAS-tellan® (Castellan noun: a governor or warden of a castle or fort, the king’s loyal man)
CAS-tellan® is a modular based system that gives users the choice to opt for all or some of our complete contract management solution.

The Proposals module of CAS-tellan® is a workflow management tool. Whether from Lightning Proposals™ or by direct input, it manages the life of a new business request from introduction through to contract execution
Our Contract Administration module allows users to manage an executed agreement from signing through to termination; this module is at the core of CAS-tellan®, and it’s this module that gives users full control over their portfolio.
Lightning Proposal:
Simple and intuitive, Lightning Proposal ™ is the CAS-tellan® module that enables users to quickly load new customers’ outline details anywhere and anytime they have access to the internet.
Lightning Proposal™ requests the users to input the most basic details but sufficient to start the process of evaluating new business requests.
Users can access Lightning Proposal™ from their PCs, tablets and mobile devices which makes it an ideal solution for those businesses that deploy sales forces that have face-to-face customer interactions.
The equipment salesperson is able to upload the data in a matter of minutes allowing the recipient party to make a prompt and informed decision on the customer’s proposition.
Proposal Module:
The Proposals module of CAS-tellan® is a workflow management tool. Whether from Lightning Proposals™ or by direct input, it manages the life a new business request from introduction through to contract execution.
Once the relevant customer details are input, the Proposals module’s underwriting element gives users the ability to set its own rules for approvals and declines whilst maintaining the integrity of pre-existing credit policies, processes and procedures pertinent to each user’s own criteria.
We take the time to understand the user’s hierarchy of decision making so the relevant authority levels can be set within the user’s business so that only those parties that are empowered to make such decisions can do so.
Once approved the module produces finance agreements with the user’s own terms and conditions, pertinent to each customer’s requirements. The Proposals module assists administration staff manage each transaction through to execution with an audit trail that helps to ensure that all the relevant documentation and underwriting requirements have been fulfilled.
When the contract is formally executed, the Proposals module feeds through the salient details to the Contract Management module.
The Contract Management module then handles all in-life processes from billing, collecting and arrears management through to working with the user’s own chosen accounting system for financial reporting and cash reconciliation.
Contract Administration Module:
Our Contract Administration module allows users to manage an executed agreement from signing through to termination; this module is at the core of CAS-tellan®, and it’s this module that gives users full control over their portfolio.
It can manage both regulated and non-regulated leases, hire purchase, loan and rental agreements.
It lets you pass information to your accounts package so that you can use your accounting system to produce invoices/payment requests and pass arrears information back to CAS-tellan®. You can then use CAS-tellan® to manage your arrears/delinquencies position.
