The FileMaker Charting and Beyond course, from Productive Computing University will show you how to create and configure the ten different FileMaker charts and demonstrate connecting to the free version of the online charting software, Tableau.  

Charts are a great way to present relevant business information to users as a visual tool to allow them to quickly interpret the meaning of the data. Learning to use FileMaker charts gives you the option to summarize your findings in your FileMaker app with clear and concise dashboards, reports, or summaries.

The course topics include:
- Strengths and weaknesses of each chart option
- The right questions to ask and answer when selecting a chart
- How to create a chart quickly and effectively
- Mastery of the FileMaker Chart Inspector components

 
We include an unlocked FileMaker sample app to help you understand the options in the FileMaker Chart Inspector tool and view examples of each chart. We discuss best practices and provide a list of questions to ask your users/clients.
