This is a FileMaker template with script for making RESTful API calls with "Insert from URL" to the Currency Layer API at www.currencylayer.com, supporting over 160 exchange rates. It includes historical rates for the last couple of decades. This template is free, but the API service has costs. They have an introductory free license for minimal use. Each call returns rates for all countries.
